In the green hills of Pérez Zeledón, Marespi brings together family tradition and agronomic knowledge. Fourth-generation producers Johnny Marín and José Marín have been developing a more regenerative approach to farming.

Compost, shade trees, variety evaluation and processing at their own micromill connect the health of the land with the care taken over each coffee. Marespi’s story is one of continuity and experimentation.
