Shipping is available only to destinations and delivery methods offered at checkout. Current shipping availability includes Costa Rica, the United States, and Spain.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout in the applicable market currency. Orders are prepared after purchase confirmation and fulfilled through Buena Vida or its designated fulfillment partner.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout or provided by a carrier are estimates and may change after handoff.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is damaged in transit or appears lost, contact info@buenavida.coffee with your order number and any relevant photos or details.

Local pickup or other alternative delivery methods are available only when shown at checkout or confirmed directly by Buena Vida.
